An original (one of a kind) handmade silkscreen print and coloured pencil on a vintage book cover.
Hand-drawn, then handprinted in washed gentle blue. A quiet moment captured by hand. Calm, minimal, and entirely unique
– sold unframed – 25.5 x 18.5cm (9.5 x 7.5″ approx)
– signed and dated in pencil on the the back’
These works are made spontaneously alongside making prints on paper. They are unplanned and evolve almost by themselves. Even though most of my work comes from things seen in the landscape, these recent pieces seem to flow from other work. I love to try out different textures through hand-drawn stencils to add subtle details and add extra layers of colour.
