Description
This one-of-a-kind handmade silkscreen print on a vintage book cover, inspired by the pebbles in the River Swale.
~ A unique ‘one of a kind’ work sold framed
unframed size 22 x 14cm, framed size 28.5 x 33.5cm (11 x 13″)
~ signed and dated in pencil on the reverse, or bottom of the mount if buying framed.
These works are made spontaneously alongside making prints on paper. They are unplanned and evolve almost by themselves. Even though most of my work comes from things seen in the landscape, these recent pieces seem to flow from other work. I love to try out different textures through hand-drawn stencils to add subtle details and add extra layers of colour.
